Mid/Senior Conceptual Designer/Art Director

We are a fast growing agency based in Northampton. Recently ranked Number 26 in the RAR top 100 list. Due to increased growth, we are looking for a permanent Conceptual Designer to join our team as soon as possible.
You'll be highly conceptual with the ability to produce effective and innovative campaigns across all media including advertising, promotional marketing, digital and DM and come up with ideas that are striking, different and really capture the imagination of the audience. You'll be producing print and ideas for digital creative, covering ATL and BTL. You must have the ability to take a creative lead on projects and work with the CD to ensure the highest level of creativity overall, have a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects successfully. You will need to produce new ideas and concepts for campaign development in tight timeframes, You will be working as part of a team with our Marketing Projects Manager, the Creative Director, writers, other designers, web developers and directly with our clients. You must also have excellent presentation and communication skills and have a thorough knowledge of the whole creative process, from initial brief and concepts right through to production. Mac literate with a good knowledge of Creative Suite a must. As well as being a top notch designer, you'll need to have an entrepeneurial and commercial head on you along with excellent leadership skills as you'll be managing resource and planning workload. Middleweight Web Designer/Developer

We are a fast growing agency based in Northampton. Recently ranked Number 26 in the RAR top 100 list. We are looking for a Middleweight Web Developer to join our creative studio. Our company was formed in the 1990's and we are a creative marketing agency providing quality solutions for a range of high profile clients within a range of markets including recruitment, educational, the arts & entertainment and horticultural brands.
You will be responsible for delivering and leading innovative creative web projects within an integrated design team, designing and producing creative for internal and customer facing business activities. Delivering work on time and to budget. Presenting creative concepts to clients as required. You must be confident in presenting strategic rationale and influencing changes to deliver the most effective solution to the brief. You should ensure that all work that is delivered adheres to legal, regulatory and technical standards, style guides and processes. Working with third parties as the project requires. The successful Designer will have proven ability in designing graphics-based web / digital content of the highest standard in the form of stunning, accessible and efficient web pages and marketing assets (web pages, social media sites, mobile pages, banners, buttons etc). The ideal candidate will have a passion for web design and be able to work individually and within a team. It is essential that you have first class communication skills - both written and verbal. A good working knowledge of HTML, XHTML / CSS, PHP / ASP.net, Wordpress and JavaScript skills with at least 3 years commercial experience would be advantageous, although not essential. The desire and ability to learn coding and new concepts and technologies with a thorough understanding of SEO and CRO should also be at the heart of your projects. There may be a part of your role that will require you to design for print projects as well as code due the nature of our work and through busy periods. Adobe iNDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc will also be second nature to you. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both aspects of web design and development but also likes to 'keep their hand in' on traditional graphic design projects.
