BacZac His Legacy, is a charity formed in 2017 by both friends and family of Zac Forskitt who sadly, lost his brave and courageous battle with cancer. The charity works hard to help other young adults going through similar trials and tribulations. To mark its fourth anniversary, the charity is calling for support in its bid to provide a wheel-chair accessible respite home for bereaved families, recovering cancer patients, families battling and those dealing with a recent diagnosis.

Digital marketing for charities can be challenging but celebrities such as Sir Richard Branson, Ian Botham OBE, and Russell Crowe, plus Northampton Saints players Tom Wood, Jamie Elliott, and Ethan Waller have all shown their support for the #BacZac campaign.

Zac was a close childhood friend of the daughter of our creative and client services directors here at GWCM. The website was old, outdated, and in desperate need of a refresh, and when asked for feedback on their current website, the staff at GWCM took one look and knew straight away that we had to help out with a new website.

The new website has simple navigation, powerful storytelling content, and is a perfect platform for the future use of video, photography, and other visual content that portrays the hard fund-raising work that goes on. There are now clear calls-to-actions for making donations and getting involved, and it is a much-improved mobile experience.
