GWCM is a leader in construction branding and website development and was approached to develop a new visual identity for New Homes Customer Care (NHCC), part of the MA Group. They have a wealth of genuine customer service expertise, enabling them to provide the best Integrated Property Service to new home builders and registered providers of social housing.
With over 200,000 new homes built each year in the UK, and Government and industry alike striving for a higher volume of output, the current priority is improving the quality of output and customer service. MA Group identified the opportunity to create a new home customer care solution. NHCC would deliver a better customer experience, innovative and flexible technology solutions, and workmanship of the highest quality in a cost-effective package.
Due to NHCC’s services spanning construction, technology, and customer care, bespoke software was designed to meet the unique needs of UK house-builder customers. The solution provides end-to-end customer care solutions and services including surveying, scoping, and estimating software.
We initially developed the brand and then developed a new fully responsive WordPress website all themed using miniature characters that portrayed each service sector. This approach focused on human interaction and the personality side of the industry in a standalone manner from their competition.
