In an industry that is in a state of major reinvention towards craft ales and driven by the desire to move with the times, Great Oakley Brewery were keen to refresh their branding after 13 successful years of business. With quality and consistency at the core of their business, Great Oakley produces many award winning ales. What they lacked was stand out - on shelf and on bar.
The key to this project was to develop the much respected brewery in such a way that it continued to appeal to its existing audience, but grab a hold of the new wave of younger hipster beer drinkers too.
The result has been a new identity that remains rooted in the traditions, history and core values of the brand but features a fresh, clean, contemporary edge. The individual 10 ale varieties have also been given a stylish makeover whilst still being sufficiently recognisable at the bar for regulars.
The new branding has been implemented across multiple platforms, including a new website, packaging, pump clips and email marketing.
