We developed a strategic plan and communications for social media platforms, which included a ‘tweet sheet’ guide and a series of digital banners, each focusing on a different aspect of dementia. Online, offline and outdoor channels were utilised to drive user interaction and boost awareness of Olympus Care. The campaign gained 2,650 post engagements in total and social audiences increased by 15% as a result during the short campaign.

For higher education provider GSM London, our challenge was to grow intake by 3,500 students, across both their London campuses. Our strategy was based around ‘distinctive and changing lives’. We created top benefit messaging, individual personas and an overarching brand positioning for 3 different intakes of students. The campaign captured urban London in and really resonated with a diverse target audience and successfully drove leads and admissions.

GWCM researched the user experience for the development of MyVoice, a one-of-a-kind interactive tool for victims and witnesses of crime, with the Northamptonshire Police and Crime Commissioner. It was imperative that the strategy was sensitively realised and considered, we orchestrated a specialist team consisting of members from Voice, a victim liaison service, a former police sergeant and individuals affected by crime to curate the information needed to develop the tone.
