    We are a digital & creative marketing agency providing quality design and web solutions for a range of high profile clients. We celebrated our 21st year in business this year.

    As a result of our ongoing success we urgently need to expand our existing team. We are looking for an Account Manager to join us, based in Northampton.

    Working alongside our creative team your day will involve working with clients helping to develop their digital, creative and strategic marketing. Managing multiple client accounts and helping to present to and develop new leads in a fast-paced environment is a big part of the role.

    The Account Manager will need to be able to adeptly manage tight deadlines and prioritise project work. A background encompassing a digital agency or marketing agency, or busy client-side, marketing department would be advantageous as is the ability to manage and motivate across departments. You will possess a good sense of creative insight, and the knowledge to constructively interrogate creative output while ensuring the successful delivery of work on time and to budget. Some copywriting skills would be an advantage also.

    We offer a vibrant creative working office environment. The successful candidate will need excellent communication skills written/verbal. Being able to communicate at all levels is an important part of your day. Experience of strong strategic methods is essential as is a strong understanding of the current digital arena.

    We are always on the lookout for new Copywriters to work with us across a number of key clients accounts. Copywriters should be able to work on everything from advertising, DM, emails and a mix of digital content creation (social media, web pages, blog posts, video).

    As such the role of the Copywriter will be able to write beautifully crafted and grammatically correct copy for a variety of mediums. You’ll have a portfolio demonstrating your ability to write and craft different types of copy, whether it be long, short or a tag line, bringing flare and thoughtfulness to every piece of work.

  • Freelance Motion Graphics Animator Part Time

    Due to unprecedented growth in this area we are now looking for a freelance motion graphics designer/animator with the following skills:

    • Degree in Fine Arts or graphic design/animation preferred.
    • Software Requirements: Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). It would be great if you also were familiar with Final Cut Pro and Premiere.
    • 3D animation skills a bonus
    • Ability to develop a story with your conceptual thinking and communicate it through a storyboard
    • Great communication skills, you are not shy to offer suggestions. You can also thoughtfully take direction and are unafraid of criticism

  • Freelance Videographer Part Time

    Freelance videographer required for several interesting projects

    • Perhaps you are a student in Media / Film and would like more (paid experience) filming and/or editing short videos?..
    • Alternatively you may be a full time / part time freelance Videographer who would like some extra work?..

    Either way we’d very much like to hear from you.

    We are filming a number of short (2-3 minute) videos working in partnership with several clients across the year.

    You will need your own equipment and transport and be of a personable nature and to be able to edit, as well as film, the videos.
