We were fed up with working with one-man band "IT Crowd" type web support freelancers, we decided to hire GWCM to handle updates and developments on our £2million per year turnover fast moving ecommerce platform.

It's been transformative! I've not had to buy a kayak to support anyone in times of need. Nobody has broken our toilet seat. They've not been weird to our employees. They just get on and do the job. On schedule. At a great price.

Rather than hiring some bloke from the pub to do your webstuff, sometimes it's OK to hire an agency to do it, even if the "creative marketing" in their makes my skin itch a bit.

We needed our public health annual report designed in a digital format in a short space of time, to a high standard. Not only did Gavin Willis say they could do the job, they met the deadline to a very high standard. After the initial contact, Gavin and Nina came to meet us the same day presenting some examples of their work and to gain an understanding of what we required. Throughout the process, Nina, the designer was in regular contact with updates about progress and expected draft deadlines. The communication was excellent and the standard of work was exceptional. We have since asked for hard copies of the report which have also been produced to a very high standard.

After this initial piece of work, we worked closely with Gavin Willis, Nina in particular, to create assets for social media, outdoor advertising, digital screens, bus adverts and varying other channels during the pandemic to create public information. Each time, it was like Nina read my mind and turned my thoughts into reality, she was a pleasure to work with, prompt, a great communicator and with good attention to detail.
